10 Musicians Who Never Won a Grammy (And It's Really HARD to Believe)

1. Queen


Queen is a British Rock Band formed in 1970. It's Members include Freddie Mercury, Brian May, Roger Taylor and John Deacon. Queen does, however, have two non-competitive Grammys, meaning they're more like honors than actual awards won. 

2. Katy Perry

Katheryn Elizabeth Hudson, professionally known, as Katy Perry, is an American singer. She's been nominated 13 times, yet she couldn't score one. 

3. Bob Marley

Robert Nesta Marley OM was a Jamaican singer, songwriter, and musician. He never won a competitive Grammy for his work. His only nomination of sorts came in 2002—more than 20 years after he died at only 36 years old. 

4. Tupac Shakur

Also known as 2pac is one of the greatest hip-hop figures of all time. Tupac Shakur, never received a Grammy. He was nominated six times in his lifetime. 

5. Nicki Minaj

Onika Tanya Maraj-Petty, known professionally as Nicki Minaj, is a Trinidadian-born rapper, singer, and songwriter. Despite her 10 Nomination, rapper Nicki Minaj has never scored a Grammy win. 

6. Gun N' Roses

Guns N' Roses is an American hard rock band from Los Angeles, California, formed in 1985. In the late 1980s and early '90s, Guns N' Roses was nominated for 3 Grammys, but they never got the recognition that many believe they deserve for being one of the best-selling bands of all time

7. Snoop Dogg

Calvin Cordozar Broadus Jr., known professionally as Snoop Dogg, is an American rapper, songwriter. He's been nominated an impressive 17 times, but has never won a single one. 

8. ABBA

ABBA are a Swedish pop group formed in Stockholm in 1972. Despite making over $2 Billion thorought their career they Never Won a Grammy, in fact they were never even Nominated. 

9. Jimi Hendrix

James Marshall "Jimi" Hendrix was an American musician, singer, and songwriter. He managed to secure multiple Grammy Hall of Fame honors and the Grammys Lifetime Achievement Award in 1992, but he was only nominated for one competitive Grammy in 1970, shortly after his death. 

10. Diana Ross

Diana Ross is an American singer, songwriter and actress. She has been nominated 12 times for Grammys, but Never won any.
